Lumby Senior's Housing, a.k.a. Lumby & District Senior Citizens Housing Society is a low income, independent living, level entry seniors housing complex within the small community of Lumby, about 24 km east of Vernon in the sunny North Okanagan.

Saddle Mountain Place consists of 20 bachelor units and 20 one-bedroom units in 3 level-entry buildings.

A fourth building is designated as the Lounge, it features coin-operated laundry facilities, 2 handicapped washrooms, a small kitchen and a small office.

The large common room accommodates shuffleboard, piano, TV, computer (with Internet) and a table space for weekly meals and get-together's.

The Lumby Historians have donated a treadmill, which is used regularly by tenants.

The income from the Laundromat has just replaced the 4 old machines with new ones.
